Education, Nonprofit and Financial Services.

We are looking for an Account Executive (AE) to join our team. This is an ideal opportunity for an Account Executive with proven prospecting and lead qualification skills who is looking to work at a fast growing company. It is important that you have a client centric mentality, genuine curiosity for the breadth of the clients’ business challenges and an ability to guide a prospective client through the purchasing process.

What your day to day looks like:

Prospecting & Lead Qualification

  • Build, manage and grow a B2B sales pipeline; you will have inbound leads as a foundation, but we hope you don’t stop there!!
  • Build relationships with prospects to help align offerings to their business needs.
  • Adept at expanding the sales process beyond the initial contact to drive a consensus buy with other constituents.
  • Place daily Salesforce Appexchange leads into information drip campaigns.
  • Follow-up with inbound leads via phone and email.
  • Promote lead generation with email and calling campaigns.
  • Qualify opportunities to ensure you are focusing your efforts on prospects that 1) our solutions can help the most and 2) provide enough revenue upside to be the best investment of your time.

Discovery, Product Demonstrations and Closing

  • Execute flawless Discovery; be able to evaluate client needs and sell to solve problems not features.
  • Expertly listen to and translate challenges and business opportunities to features of our software/service or qualify out if they aren’t a fit.
  • Provide support to prospects during sales process; ensuring questions are answered and alignment is created between business challenge and solution.
  • Lead product inquiry and discovery calls and understand prospect needs.
  • Provide systems demonstrations appropriate to the needs of the prospects.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals to prospects.
  • Provide a careful hand off of the new client to the client success team.
  • Maintain real-time and accurate data within Salesforce.

Events

  • Participate and support events around the country and globe including Dreamforce.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients and partners around these events.

What you bring to the table:

  • Proven ability to combine warm leads with your prospecting skills to create a robust pipeline.
  • Experience as an SDR or AE in the Salesforce ecosystem highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year selling SaaS.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand the use case and business challenges the Mogli application solves by industry.
  • Hunger to learn and grow; we want dedicated sales professionals with a desire to grow into enterprise reps or into a leadership position in sales.
  • Proficient in use of Salesforce.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
