This position starts Remote for now but canaidate needs to be within communitng distance Lower West side in New York City.

The Salesforce Consultant will hit the ground running working through client's identified Salesforce tasks. This position will work closely with the company's Leadership team and be a valuable member of the team as it relates to future Salesforce solution investments and road mapping.

Responsibilities:
Daily administration and support of the client's Salesforce database, including but not limited to managing profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations.
Requirements gathering, process analysis, and process automation.
Daily maintenance of the existing security structure of the Salesforce platform.
Trouble-shooting with users and other daily support tasks. Salesforce implementation experience
Experienced in reading code, as well as break/fix code

Qualifications:
5-6 years' experience on the Salesforce platform - Admin. experience with some development experience is preferred
Admin certification
Platform Developer 1 certification
Platform Developer 2 certification
Service Cloud certification
Sales Cloud certification
Great communication skills
Salesforce experience
