Job description:

This position will perform the duties of Agile Scrum Master for the Web-based Salesforce application LoPro to build the Local Funds Tracking functionality.

This role will serve as an expert-level facilitator and leader of Agile/Scrum framework and ensures all Scrum teams stay true to the Agile principles.

Responsible for making sure all Scrum ceremonies take place, are productive, and stay within their assigned timebox. Facilitates and/or coordinates Scrum events when necessary.

Utilizes communication, technical, and organizational skills to remove impediments, enhances collaboration, and ensures that the team delivers value to the customer.

Must have a demonstrated ability to effectively coach a high performing delivery team in an Agile environment. Servant leadership, organizational, and motivational strengths are essential.
