What will you be doing: This position will be responsible for enabling commercial operational success across the organization utilizing the Salesforce CRM Platform with the primary focus on the following: Providing general system user administration Triage all incoming user requests Troubleshoot and resolve user support incidents Complete assigned data governance tasks Conntribute to the overall success of Premier’s Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) initiatives In addition, this position will also serve as a liaison between the Salesforce Team and the business, which will include stakeholder functions in Commercial Operations, Marketing, Sales, Field Services, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Compliance & Security, Information Technology. This position requires a unique blend of team collaboration, communication, Salesforce Platform and user support expertise, as well as a strong understanding of business process.
