Job Description:

 Mandate skills:

• Data Bricks –experience writing in and using data bricks Using Python to transform, manipulate data.
• Data Factory – experience using data factory in an enterprise solution to build data pipelines. Experience calling rest APIs
• Synapse/data warehouse – experience using synapse/data warehouse to present data securely and to build & manage data models.
• Data Warehousing, Azure DevOps. 
• Designing and delivering Azure Data Analytics solutions
• Data modelling and data architecture design.
• ETL, data integration and data migration design.
• Documentation of solutions (e.g. data models, configurations, and setup).
• Working within a project management/agile delivery methodology in a leading role as part of a wider team.
• Deal with other stakeholders/ end users in the software development lifecycle – PMs, BAs, testing etc

1. Minimum of 5 years leading teams  
2. Minimum of 3+ years in a solution architecture role using service and hosting solutions such as private/public cloud IaaS, PaaS and SaaS platforms.  
3. Integration with the 3rd party services  
4. Azure Functions development for integration  
5. Developing API’s  
6. Sole owner of the architecture and solution  
7. Experience in architecting and designing technical solutions for Microsoft-centric solutions based on industry standards using Azure IaaS, PaaS and SaaS capabilities.  
8. Experience with relational, graph and/or unstructured data technologies such as SQL Server, Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake GEN 2 (ADLS), Azure synapse, pyspark 
9. Software development full lifecycle methodologies, patterns, frameworks, libraries and tools  
10. Knowledge of programming and scripting languages such as Python.  
11. Experience with data ingestion technologies such as Aspera, MoveIT, Azure Data Factory,  visualization tools such as Tableau, Spotfire, Power BI  
12. Experience with analytics tools    and machine learning tools such as Azure ML, IBM, AWS  
13. Knowledge of cloud security controls including tenant isolation, encryption at rest, encryption in transit, key management, vulnerability assessments, application firewalls, SIEM, etc.  
14. Experience building and supporting mission critical technology components with DR capabilities  
15. Experience with multi-tier system and service design and development for large enterprises  
16. Extensive, real-world experience designing technology components for enterprise solutions and defining solution architectures and reference architectures with a focus on cloud technologies  
17. Competent on Cloud Architecture on their key features, advantages and disadvantages  , Cloud strategy guiding principles  
18. Cloud reference architecture and integration public/private/hybrid model Concepts and techniques related to architecture assessment and roadmap creation  
19. Prior Experience in Application Development is preferred
