Job Title: Azure ETL Data Engineer

Location: Remote Until  Covid.

Duration: 12 months contract.

Job Description:

• 7-8 years of years technical engineering experience developing ETL Projects.
•  Good experience (2-3 years) of working on Azure Cloud
•  Strong technical experience with any of the industry standard data extraction techniques
•  Strong knowledge on Azure Data Lake Storage – Gen2, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory.
•  Excellent SQL writing skills (Should have extensively worked on any traditional RDBMS database tools like Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata etc..)
•  Strong knowledge of agile delivery, devops cycle, Release Management and experience working at least 3 business applications/systems and providing Tier 4 production support
• Experience in Implementing data models and database designs, writing complex SQL scripts
•  Expertise in all CI/CD tools, such as bitbucket, GitLab, Jenkins, antifactory, SonarQube etc

Familiarity with:

• Git-based source code management systems (UI and/or CLI)
• Infrastructure as Code and Containerization (Docker)
• Test Automation and Deployment Automation.
