Job Title: BI Microstrategy & Tableau Developer

Job Description:

• 6-9 years of experience as MicroStrategy Developer in building reports and dashboards.
• Experience in analysis, design and implementation of BI applications using MicroStrategy product suite.
• Experience with MicroStrategy Intelligence Server, MicroStrategy Desktop, MicroStrategy Architect and MicroStrategy Web in configuring, developing the system as well as in maintaining it at the enterprise level as a MicroStrategy Administrator.
• Experience with MicroStrategy Query trouble shooting, Performance Tuning using Very Large Data Base (VLDB) settings.
• Acting as MicroStrategy expert to advice customers on best practices in deploying MicroStrategy.
• Creating functional and technical requirements as an input to application design business solution components and prototypes.
• Design and develop high value reports and dashboards.
• Delivering high quality business intelligence solutions to our internal customers.
• Developing business intelligence applications for data analysis optimized for the best performance and scalability requirements using MicroStrategy.
• Interacting with business leaders to understand business strategy, conditions, and being able to frame problems.
• Overall at least FOUR (4) years' hand-on development experience in Tableau end to end development including Tableau Server and Tableau Desktop.
• Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience with designing dashboards while manipulating large complex data sets from multiple sources
• Strong understanding of Tableau best practices to improve dashboard performance via Tableau server configuration update as well as good understanding of Tableau Export Data features (such as Export to Excel).
• Strong presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal required). Proven track record of working with business users is a must
• Strong Knowledgebase of Data Modeling, Data Warehouse Design, and/or Business Intelligence

Please ensure candidate have strong experience on below skills and combination.

1. Microstrategy + Tableau with good SQL skills
2. Microstrategy + Tableau with good SQL skills with experience on migrating of reports to source data from new EDP platform using Databricks / snowflake or any AWS based cloud environment.
