We are looking for BI Microstrategy and Tableau Developer for our client in Media, PA Job Title BI Microstrategy and Tableau Developer Job Location Media, PA Job Type Contract Job Description 6-9 years of experience as MicroStrategy Developer in building reports and dashboards. Experience in the analysis, design, and implementation of BI applications using MicroStrategy product suite. Experience with MicroStrategy Intelligence Server, MicroStrategy Desktop, MicroStrategy Architect, and MicroStrategy Web in configuring, developing the system as well. as in maintaining it at the enterprise level as a MicroStrategy Administrator. Experience with MicroStrategy Query trouble shooting, Performance Tuning using Very Large Data Base (VLDB) settings. Acting as MicroStrategy expert to advise customers on best practices in deploying MicroStrategy. Creating functional and technical requirements as an input to application design business solution components and prototypes. Design and develop high-value reports and dashboards. Delivering high-quality business intelligence solutions to our internal customers. Developing business intelligence applications for data analysis optimized for the best performance and scalability requirements using MicroStrategy. Interacting with business leaders to understand business strategy, conditions, and being able to frame problems. Overall at least four (4) yearsrsquo hands-on development experience in Tableau end to end development including Tableau Server and Tableau Desktop. Minimum of 2 yearsrsquo hands-on experience with designing dashboards while manipulating large complex data sets from multiple sources Strong understanding of Tableau's best practices to improve dashboard performance via Tableau server configuration update as well as a good understanding of Tableau Export. Data features (such as Export to Excel). Strong presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal required). A proven track record of working with business users is a must. Strong Knowledge base of Data Modeling, Data Warehouse Design, andor Business Intelligence. Mandatory Skills BI MicrostartegyTableau in Big data platform.
