Relocation assistance will be provided Note : “Cognizant will not sponsor H-1B or other U.S. work authorization, or lawful permanent residence (otherwise known as a “Green Card”) for this role.” Qualifications : o Minimum of 5-6 years of relevant work experience within the insurance. o 5+ years of CRM administrative experience (Salesforce.com preferred) o Experience with managing project with an agile methodology (preferred) o Previous re-engineering experience updating an existing Salesforce.com configuration to provide solutions for reporting, workflows and enhanced functions o Motivated self-starter who is detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. o Ability to function in a high demand work environment while managing multiple priorities o Excellent oral, written and presentation skills o Strong problem solving skills, data and software applications o Ability to function equally as an individual and as a team player o Proficient with Excel and database applications Position Primary Accountabilities: o Serve as the Salesforce.com SME on the project deliverables: o Work with matrix partners to outline business process mapping to support system impacts o Develop and carry out concise and insightful user stories o Support writing the gap analysis and technical requirements with the development team o Provide analytic support for product development/compliance requests o Assist with project management tasks for cross-functional projects to ensure alignment including but not limited to process mapping, and testing both functional/UAT design & execution. o Support communication of project deliverables, backlog release management, etc. Cognizant is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D/V.
