 Role: Business Analyst - Salesforce (Salesforce Tech BA/Configurator)

Job Location:  New York, NY

Duration:  Long term

Required Skill set:  

Client is looking for a strong Salesforce BA (who is as good as a developer / configurator). His knowledge on Marketo/Tableau will be a huge plus but he can learn on the job.

The person need to be very proactive and will be responsible to drive ICM business discussions. 

Senior Salesforce Technical BA (At least salesforce BA certified)

Experience with working in Lightning Platform and Sales Cloud

Should be able to work as a strong configurator and generate data reports in Salesforce without any support

Comfortable with Agile process, JIRA and should be able to lead the team when required occasionally

Strong user Story writing skills at dev ready level (very detailed at technical level)

Strong communication Skills as he would be interacting with Businesses mostly

Have working knowledge of Tableau reporting (from BA perspective) is good to have – will have to learn if not already have it

Data analytics and reporting

Have a good functional testing experience and if he knows selenium platform, it's a big plus

Marketo configuration knowledge is good to have and can learn on the job
