Shockwave Medical aims to establish a new standard of care for medical device treatment of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease through its differentiated and proprietary local delivery of sonic pressure waves for the treatment of calcified plaque. Position Overview The Business Analyst - Salesforce Administrator/Developer will lead the Technical aspects of the ongoing administration & development of our Salesforce.com deployment. The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the Force.com platform. This role will work closely with Commercial Operations, functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes including: Lead Tracking, Case Tracking, Marketing Campaigns, and other core business processes. The position is part technical project manager, part administrator, part Salesforce analyst and will own the IT support for all software/hardware Sales tools including the MDM platform and iPad deployments. This role will be responsible for the executing of the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of all software/hardware Sales tools. Essential Job Functions Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 100+ users Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, DW/SFDC integrations and other routine tasks Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests. Work with management team to establish suitable business processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams Work independently with members of the user community to define and document both current state and ongoing development requirements Manage and Support all software/hardware Sales tools including Mosyle MDM, iPads, and other applications. Design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption Build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity Requirements BS or BA preferred or equivalent experience. Minimum five years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications preferred Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption Strong understanding of the SFDC platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality as it pertains to various functions such as: lead tracking, opportunity pipeline, quotes, marketing campaigns, security models & account hierarchy, forms, etc. Strong data management abilities A documented history of successfully driving SFDC projects to completion A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements Experience with FDA regulated environments desirable Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment desirable Must possess strong customer service skills Written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively at all levels. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities Operate as a team and/or independently while demonstrating flexibility to changing requirements.
