Position: Business Analyst- Salesforce

Location: Remote- Ideally Dallas or Atlanta Based

Duration: 12 Months

Our client, a worldwide telecommunications leader is seeking a Business Analyst to gather requirements and map out a strategy for implementing Salesforce CRM into their current environment. This is a remote position. The Business Analyst will be responsible for identifying requirements related to the 2021 roadmap for our client.

Responsibilities:

• Work with key client stakeholders to gather and identify business requirements
• Work with various business units within Business Solutions group to identify key insights related to CRM business needs
• Map out a winning business strategy.
• Document discovery from stakeholder meetings
• Define project scope
• Develop process flow diagrams
• Document solution approaches

Required Skills

• 5 plus years of Business Analyst experience

• Strong documentation skills,
• 2 plus years of Business Analyst experience with Salesforce CRM
• Previous experience with AT&T sales processes

Certifications:

Salesforce SFDC Admin Certification is a plus.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree
