Job Title: Business Analyst 
Location: USA - Remote location with limited travel
Duration: Contracting / CTH
 
The ideal candidate for the position of Business Analyst will have a strong analytical background. Ability to use BI tool (Tableau preferred) and expertise with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint are key. In addition, the candidate must have excellent written and oral communications skills to assist in turning analyses into persuasive customer-ready documents.
The ideal candidate must be able to handle multiple priorities, be very flexible, and work well with others with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
 
Primary Responsibilities
• Assist in all solutions delivery activities including:
               o Capturing requirements and grooming them into a cohesive set
               o Converting business requirements into functional requirements, especially user stories
               o Writing acceptance criteria and test cases
               o Capturing existing business processes
               o Analysing business processes for issues and proposing best practice and/or improvements
               o Assist in creating customer presentations including project status, results meetings, and sales
• Assist in a variety of other project based work that supports Professional Services ability to sell customers on the value of Cloud SAAS Product and ensures our ability to deliver value to world-class distributors and manufacturers. 
Project work may include:
               o Assist in development and delivery of training materials to customers on Cloud SAAS Product’s solutions
               o Ensure the funneling of customer feedback into the new product development process
 
 
Required Experience
               *  Demonstrated analytical skills and great comfort with handling data and summarizing meaningful insights
               *  Facility with Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, and Access). Experience with Tableau (or another BI tool) and statistical application a strong plus 
               *  Strong verbal and written communication skills with evidence of managing customer interaction in a business environment
               *  Fanatical attention to detail
 
Desired experience:
               *  Prefer experience with Big 4 or top tier management consulting firms
               *  Business to Business Pricing and/or Big Data and BI/Analytics work experience
               *  Knowledge or experience in Pricing and/or CPQ.
               *  German or French a plus.
 
Required
               *  Bachelor's Degree in business, science, or technical.
               *  At least 3 years of work experience in project delivery that will include expertise with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
               *  English: Fluent.
