·Ensure Agile/Scrum process is implemented effectively and provides coaching at the team level to maximize its benefits

·Understand the requirements and provide one or more options for the Solution, utilizing Apttus best practices.

·Interact seamlessly with both business and technical teams

·Facilitate discussions that lead to the resolution of project issues and development impediments

·Report project progress to management and executive level stakeholders

·Guide technical team to deliver a flexible and scalable solution that meets overall customer business requirements

·Own and manage the end to end solution delivery, providing mentorship

·Work with cross functional team actively in solution design and implementation

·Present workshops and promote knowledge transfer

·Share knowledge to proactively identify and prevent issues

·Manage critical customer cases and maintain clear and concise case documentation

·Perform solution reviews and provide recommendations to improve adoption and usage
