Job Description

Client is looking for a BA with SalesForce experience to work on a project moving a number of different CRMs (5 total) into one CRM (Salesforce). This revolves around a multi-year initiatives on changing how relationship are managed to improve client and vendor engagement.

Requirements

• 3 years of CRM/SalesForce experience

• Experiencing retiring multiple CRMs and moving to one CRM

• Strong understanding and experience with integrations

• Experience working with vendors

• Core BA skills: requirements gathering, Gap Analysis, etc.

• Experience working with BI tools

• Experience in Agile Methodology

• Understanding of Sales, Services and Marketing

• Able to think big picture in how one activity may effect another user or area

• Ability to be flexible and work on a variety of different things
