Looking for a Business Analyst resource that can help drive implementation and innovation to define, implement and support strategic initiatives for the Salesforce team.

In this role you will develop roadmaps, collaborate with teams, drive enhancements and act as a function lead on the team.

Qualifications:
 

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Salesforce Administrator Certified Preferred
• supporting salesforce sales cloud or service cloud
• Someone who can execute and run requirements conversations.
• They need to align with folks that have a mix of experience business users that have really no idea about business. Requirements gathering and helping to guide users forward with how to understand the business
• Strong requirements gathering connected to Salesforce Projects knowing what questions to ask.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum Environment
• Experience with drawing business flows for integrations and business processes.
