Our client is a Global Leader in IT Services, Consulting, Technology, and Digital Solutions with a Large Network of Innovation & Delivery Centers and had a revenue of $20.9 Billion in FY19. They are recognized among the Global Top employers for 3 consecutive years.


This role will be responsible to leverage Salesforce and Vlocity solutions and offerings for the Public Sector (Federal, State, and Local Government) in the US.


Role and Responsibilities:

  • A deep understanding of the Public Sector industry at the State and Local segment and of Salesforce solution
  • At least 15+ years of experience between domain and technology responsibilities and  10+ years of experience in the US Public Sector market segment working with multiple States and agencies
  • Experience in Consultative Solution centric sales leveraging Salesforce and Vlocity solutions
  • Strong network of senior executives in the U.S. Public Sector
  • Consolidate existing offerings and develop new offerings and solutions
  • Manage the offering life cycle – conception, development, branding, and positioning and continuous upgrade
  • Work closely with the Sales and Presales teams to create and nurture new market opportunities, and deliver winning solutions and proposals
  • Have oversight of Salesforce delivery of all Public Sector customer engagements
  • Establish and manage partnerships and alliances for the offering
  • Must be able to demonstrate an ability to conceptualize and execute high-impact programs that have yielded a significant “return-on-investment”.


Skills and Requirements:

  • The selected candidate is expected to travel to meet with prospective and existing customers across the US.
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Certified in Salesforce Sales, Service Cloud
  • Certified in Salesforce Industry Clouds (Vlocity).
