Innovadel Technologies Limited is a Salesforce Consulting Partner, a UK-based IT company, that requires candidates to have extensive experience in Outbound sales and marketing of IT products. Competitive basic salary + commission will be offered.


We require an individual to do the followings.

  • Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities and analyze sales options
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and professional networks.
  • Setting sales goals, developing sales strategies, and managing customer relationship
  • Establishing long-term relationships with clients to develop new business opportunities
  • Take ownership of the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Stay with trends and competitors to identify improvements.
  • Manage relationships with Salesforce to harvest opportunities.
  • Deliver against mutually agreed targets and KPIs discussed during the employment.
  • Assist in recovering payments for outstanding invoices.
  • Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
  • Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job
  • Participating in Salesforce Webinars
  • Participate in joint pipeline development and management activities with Salesforce for assigned areas of responsibility
  • Ensure that our products continue to be the best fit for our customers’ needs
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in the use of solution-selling techniques to acquire and maintain customers
  • Developing and maintaining trusted advisor relationships with clients, Salesforce, and internal account teams
  • Participate in alliance partner events and functions


Requirement & Skills Needed:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a Relevant Field
  • 4-6 years of business experience (software sales)
  • Experience as a Sales Executive in Salesforce Consultancy Firm
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
  • Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred.
  • A proven track record of proposing for and selling transformative business development engagements
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
