Innovadel Technologies Limited is a Salesforce Consulting Partner, a UK-based IT company, that requires candidates to have extensive experience in Outbound sales and marketing of IT products. Competitive basic salary + commission will be offered.
We require an individual to do the followings.
- Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities and analyze sales options
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and professional networks.
- Setting sales goals, developing sales strategies, and managing customer relationship
- Establishing long-term relationships with clients to develop new business opportunities
- Take ownership of the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Stay with trends and competitors to identify improvements.
- Manage relationships with Salesforce to harvest opportunities.
- Deliver against mutually agreed targets and KPIs discussed during the employment.
- Assist in recovering payments for outstanding invoices.
- Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
- Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job
- Participating in Salesforce Webinars
- Participate in joint pipeline development and management activities with Salesforce for assigned areas of responsibility
- Ensure that our products continue to be the best fit for our customers’ needs
- Demonstrated effectiveness in the use of solution-selling techniques to acquire and maintain customers
- Developing and maintaining trusted advisor relationships with clients, Salesforce, and internal account teams
- Participate in alliance partner events and functions
Requirement & Skills Needed:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a Relevant Field
- 4-6 years of business experience (software sales)
- Experience as a Sales Executive in Salesforce Consultancy Firm
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
- Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred.
- A proven track record of proposing for and selling transformative business development engagements
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
