Iris's client, Financial Client, is currently searching for Business System Analyst-Salesforce CRM to join their team at Newark, NJ.

Duration: Right to Hire | W2 only

Location: Newark, NJ | initially it’s remote due to Covid-19 but later must be able to work on-site          

Job description:



• Client need a BSA (Business Systems Analyst) with good Agile (stories) experience.
• Minimum 7 years as BSA and minimum 2 Years with CRM
• Experience in supporting Sales Distribution, Client Service, Marketing and Product Development organizations.
• Solid understanding of the business processes and workflows within Sales and Marketing      
• Candidate should have good Salesforce experience, CRM experience is a must.
• Must have strong Sales pipeline experience and know how to work Work Flow and functions to Sales enablement.
• Must have worked with Agile using JIRA (want Agile in Sales and Service)
• Must have good SQL, understand data integrations, data analysis of data tables, good Query skills.
• Should have exposure to Tableu, Reporting
• Big Pluses: Python, R, Marketing Automation (like Cloud or Marketo for example)
