Roku streaming players, speakers and Roku TV™ models are available around the world through direct retail sales and licensing arrangements with TV brands and pay TV operators. Ideal Profile S/he will work quickly to understand business priorities, develop and communicate a plan, prioritize appropriately, and deliver commitments on time. S/he will be results oriented, with a focus on achieving key goals as agreed, and identifying when an effort is not on target. S/he has the ability to collaborate with colleagues across functions to solve problems and design solutions and is comfortable in a highly entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities Drive innovation and define product strategy to help scale Roku's Advertising business. Work with multiple stakeholders to gather requirements, set priorities and drive execution of roadmaps. Author feature guides to define detailed requirements to achieve business outcomes. Drive feature prioritization, process improvements, and product development with an eye on KPIs. Demonstrate excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. Engage at a technical level with Engineering to build/ deliver solutions. Effectively communicate vision, strategy and statuses of projects to leadership and internal stakeholders. Experience/Qualifications Strong track record of partnering with high-performing business and engineering teams. A strong business sense and ability to clearly articulate the value of your product and align stakeholders. Data-driven and an entrepreneurial self-starter who deals well with ambiguity. Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing. Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills. #LI-BD1
