Business Systems Analyst - Salesforce - Accrington / Blackburn / Burnley - £50,000

We are a well-known e-commerce/retail business with a £1billion turnover and over 30,000 different product lines, who are at the beginning of a 4 year roadmap for complete digital overhaul. We are currently looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst with expertise in Salesforce to join our growing transformation team.

Working closely with IT Delivery Manager and Solutions architect, as the Senior Business Systems Analyst you will be helping to oversee the coaching/progress of more junior members of the team as well as advising stakeholders on their use of technology/how to make processes/employees more efficient and productive.

For this one, our successful Senior Business Systems Analyst will have:

• Proven understanding of designing Salesforce solutions and developing custom components
• Existing knowledge of APEX, Triggers, Visual Force, Workflow Rules, web APIs
• Ability to work closely with the technical team, as well as explaining complex solutions/requirements to non-technical stakeholders and business members
