Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

Location: San Jose, CA – Remote

Duration: Long term

Client’s Business Applications team is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) who will

support our fast-paced New Product Introduction (NPI) team. This position will partner with Client’s

Product Managers to elicit business requirements and collaborate with multiple technology teams,

driving solutions to improve Client’s customer adoption. This position requires a highly experienced,

driven self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude who will take every opportunity to improve Client’s NPI

process.

Responsibilities:

● Develop strong relationships across the organization, acting as a subject matter expert

(SME) and trusted advisor in all processes related to selling of new products including Lead

to Cash, eCommerce, Billing and User Licensing

● Act as the primary partner for Product Managers, Sales Operations and Enablement, Finance,

FPA to understand the root cause of their needs and elicit business requirements for

system changes

● Collaborate with our Engineering technology teams to define functional requirements,

process flow diagrams and actionable tasks in a fast-paced, agile environment

● Collaborate with the delivery team on development, manage testing activities and perform

post launch monitoring

● Lead system and user acceptance testing, negotiating with business stakeholders, triaging

defects and obtaining stakeholder sign-off

● Establish detailed project plans and deliverables while communicating status, risks and

issues to both technology and business leadership

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or equivalent

● 6+ years of experience analyzing business requirements; developing and documenting

process flows and solution designs; testing new functionality

● 4+ years self-managing projects in fast-paced and dynamic environments, including

developing project /sprint plans and reporting project status to executives

● Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers and

testers to drive end-to-end solutions

● Functional experience in Order to Cash areas such as CPQ, eCommerce buyflows, Billing,

License Provisioning

● System experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Zuora, Oracle Financials is a big plus

● Expertise in business process modeling and diagramming (swimlane and sequence

diagrams, process flows, UML, wireframes)

● Experience with supporting technologies such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart
