U.S. Bank is seeking a motivated Business Systems Salesforce Consultant with liaison and relationship management experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives. Responsible for consulting to Information Technology and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning, and implementation of cross-functional Salesforce based initiatives. Develops and maintains a complete and accurate understanding of how business units conduct business. Develops and maintains detailed knowledge of business's current technology and infrastructure from a functional perspective. Aware of and influences future Salesforce capabilities and strategy. May manage Salesforce projects or be hands on managing Salesforce organizations. Works with senior business stakeholders to identify, refine, and document business needs using techniques like business process modeling and use case development. Assists and at times, may lead clients and technical staff to investigate, analyze, and resolve complex application problems related to system functions. Often first point of contact for user support and problem solving. Frequently interfaces with business lines, including management, and/or internal resources to ensure quality, timeliness, and testing of all project/release work. Reviews and coordinates execution of test plans for multiple projects. Looks for opportunities to improve business or Salesforce processes. Qualifications Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience At least 10 years’ experience with activities, tasks, practices and deliverables for assessing and documenting business opportunities, benefits, risks, and success factors of potential applications. Preferred Skills/Experience Certified Salesforce Administrator At least 2 years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator or consultant 5 years’ experience working with CRM Systems Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certified or additional Salesforce Certifications (e.g. Platform App Builder, Platform Developer 1, Service Cloud Consultant, or Sales Cloud Consultant) Salesforce Implementation Experience Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Experience Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the proven ability to communicate and influence effectively at various levels of the organization Proven leadership skills and ability to lead others in defining requirements and identifying solutions Experience with all stages of a project; ideation to post-production support Experience managing projects using Agile methodology, including navigating user story grooming, backlog management, quality assurance management Financial services industry experience Proven ability to influence at all levels of an organization Job Project Management / Analysis Primary Location Minnesota-MN-Minneapolis Other Locations United States Shift 1st - Daytime Average Hours Per Week 40
