Salesforce Business Analyst/Administrator (6 Month Contract) - Remote

Responsibilities:

• 3-5 years of overall experience with Email Studio, Mobile Push, SFMC API, Data Extensions, Data Views, Automations, Journey Builder, Preference Center, Audience Management and Segmentation, Tracking and Reporting
• Hands-on experience with setting up / supporting Live Agent and Omnichannel Skill based routing (required)
• Significant experience in building reports and dashboards, creating flows, custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts etc (required)
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis / requirements gathering, reporting and administration on Salesforce platform
• A successful builder with a track record of turning ideas into reality
• Clear communicator, comfortable facilitating conversations with leaders
• A committed team player and collaborator; you understand that in order to build something special, we need to make each other better
• A self-motivated, optimistic learner who will thrive in a fast-paced environment and can work independently even when the path isn’t clear
• A creative problem-solver; you have an organized, analytical mind and can overcome challenges, in a thoughtful and meaningful way

Education/Certifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science/Information Systems (preferred) Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science / Information Systems (preferred)
• Salesforce Administrator certification (required)
• Salesforce App Builder certification (preferred)
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification (highly preferred
