Technical Skills
* 5 + years of experience working with Tableau (Tableau 2019/2018/10/9 … - Desktop, Server , Extracts , Hyper etc )
* 5 years in building and deploying client facing and interactive dashboards using Tableau
* Tableau Certification is must
* Experience connecting Tableau to Sql/No SQL databases
* Proven expertise in building self-service BI and Data Visualization on Big Data leveraging Tableau. Proficiency with BI & Analytical tools ( Oracle BI, Microstrategy, Qlik, etc).
* Experience with NoSQL database (Hive, HBase, ElasticSearch etc preferred).
* Extensive experience in emerging data and digital technologies (Tableau, Oracle BI, SQL, Big Data Full stack including Hive & Presto, Tableau Server Admin, Tableau Extracts)
* Proven experience in building large enterprise data warehouses and data marts for BI, Analytics and Reporting (Oracle, Teradata, DB2 etc).

Soft Skills:
* Good communication and collaborative skills with internal and external teams
* Flexibility and ability to work in onshore/offshore model involving multiple agile teams
* Onshore position – Person should be able to work from client Phoenix office
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
