Position Summary

1.Ability to strategically plan AND execute change management plans.

2. Ability to write/create communications and put together decks for executive stakeholders.
3. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be flexible, as change is constant and ever-changing.

We are looking for an experienced professional who knows what it takes to successfully build and execute change management programs for large-scale, global organizations to join our Marketing M&A team. You have a solid understanding of the change process to effectively design and implement a cohesive change management strategy for our acquired marketing teams and internal stakeholders.

In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting change transformation for one of our latest acquisitions to date. You will use your expertise in change management methodologies, tools, and techniques to run change impact assessments, create change management plans, craft communications that resonate with the marketing stakeholders across the business. You are able to think strategically to determine what change management artifacts need to be produced and are able to execute on those deliverables to create a best-in-class experience for our acquired company marketing employees. You have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and have a high energy attitude to ensure projects are a success.
