Job Description
CCBSI is looking for a Salesforce Reporting Associate to join its Finance and Business Management (F&BM) organization. This role will be responsible for enhancing data and information delivery across the Salesforce platform.
The Salesforce Reporting Associate will be responsible for managing and developing Salesforce reporting for CCBSI. This role will focus on Salesforce dashboards/reporting, as well as Einstein Analytics reporting/dashboard development based on business needs and requirements.
The selected candidate will use their strong Salesforce background and an understanding of sales and financial operations to inform decision-making, solve problems, and provide analytical insights and information in support of strategic and tactical initiatives across CCBSI.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the overall reporting strategy and design to the Commercial Bank, acting as a liaison for CCBSI
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive the data strategy for Salesforce data and interactions with existing reference data
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new reporting development requests
- Manage research efforts to identify and correct any/all known data source errors
- Evaluate current business reporting for purpose, flow, format, frequency and content in order to develop new, or improve existing format, use and control
Qualifications
- BA / BS degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in Salesforce reporting functions including dashboard and report design, with understanding of data modeling
- Strong understanding of Salesforce reporting and dashboard capabilities
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Excellent communication at multiple levels of the organization, and the ability to influence others for a recommended course of action
- Ability to condense information into clear and tangible insights in executive-ready presentations
- Strong analytical skills
Preferred
- Experience with Einstein Analytics (Highly Preferred), Tableau and/or QlikSense
- Certified Salesforce Administrator
- Knowledge of Commercial Banking and / or financial institutions
- Experience querying SQL
