The Salesforce Reporting Development Vice President will be responsible for managing and developing MMBSI's Salesforce reporting capabilities. This role will focus on both native and Einstein Analytics reporting development, and will include partnership on data migration, modeling, and actual reporting development.
The selected candidate will use a strong Salesforce background and an understanding of sales and financial operations to inform decision-making, solve problems, and provide analytical insights and information in support of strategic and tactical initiatives across MMBSI.
Key Responsibilities
- Own MMBSI's Salesforce Reporting book of work, from start to finish. This would include existing reporting and new reporting planned for development.
- Contribute to the strategy and design of MMBSI's Salesforce reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive the data strategy around Salesforce data and interactions with existing reference data
Preferred Qualifications
- BA / BS degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of Salesforce reporting experience, including Einstein Analytics
- Expertise on both native and Einstein Analytics Salesforce reporting capabilities, including data modeling
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Excellent communication at multiple levels of the organization, and the ability to influence others for a recommended course of action
- An ability to condense information into clear and tangible insights in executive-ready presentations
- Preferred hands on experiences with:
- Leveraging Salesforce REST APIs to push documents to SFDC
- Experience with Marketo, including Marketo and SFDC integration
- Business Intelligence platforms such as Tableau/QlikSense/Einstein Analytics
- Experience working in a Hadoop environment; hands on data gathering experience using SQL
- Knowledge of Commercial Banking and / or Middle Market
