The Commercial Program Manager, Salesforce Effectiveness will work from our Alameda, CA headquarters. The primary role of this position is to execute sample distribution processes and programs to streamline efficiencies for the field sales force and create field metrics and dashboards guiding HCP business decisions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Act as primary liaison/interface between all functions responsible for sample operations: SDO, Demand Planning, HCP Marketing, other channel Marketing
  • Keep key stakeholders informed of sample status on a frequent and ongoing basis. Ensure distribution of weekly in office and remote sample reports to Sales Management, inventory position at ADC, inventory position at Virtual Forge.
  • Work across all channels to consolidate and maintain sample forecasts by month. Interact with Demand Planning on forecasts.
  • Work with Marketing Sales, Operations, SDO, Finance, etc. to optimize effectiveness reduce cost of sample programs.
  • Lead planning and execution of sample process improvement, including logistics, sample recording and reconciliation, etc.
  • Work with OEC and Quality to ensure compliance with all relevant procedures
  • Creation of field metrics, dashboards, analytics. Focus on delivering information to field, front line sales managers and executives that is easy to understand and easy to work with.
  • Analyze data for predictive metrics. Provide proactive insights based on analysis. Emphasis on sales force effectiveness metrics and improving field force selling time.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5+ years of related experience (compliance, sales operations, analytics)
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skill sets in promotional program and materials development for the professional, consumer, and retail market audiences.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate strategic guidance into effective tactical programs across a variety of audiences and distribution channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a significant roster of projects / programs and deliver on cost and timing expectations.
  • Proven ability to objectively evaluate program results and recommend future utilization of programs.

Preferred

  • Advanced Degree preferred
  • Ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge of Tableau.
  • Ability to demonstrate data visualization (scorecards, report, analytics) that are easy to interpret with a high degree of ease of use.
