Job Title: Communication Consultant - Social Chorus
Location: Fully Remote
Duration: 6 month contract

Key Skills:
• Stakeholder Management - confident enough to liaise and coordinate across different levels (senior) and different areas of a business
• Digital Knowledge - interested in technology - can navigate back-end platforms/systems easily - can follow step-by-step guides, processes. Knowledge of social media advantageous.
• Administration - capable of developing documentation and materials, scheduling meetings and trainings
• Building partnerships - coordinate with Comms Team and IT

• Initiative - ability to follow direction and run with it - ask questions if unclear

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop Groups (former distribution lists) in SocialChorus, capture process documentation, coordinate across stakeholders
• Develop Governance documentation and help coordinate
• Training scheduling and develop materials
• Content best practice guide development and documentation
• Manage Client  Support mailbox
• Coordinate between SocialChorus Support & client issues that arise during first month of go-live
• As needed, assist in creating content for go-live channels, change management support materials (as needed)
