As the Community Program Manager, Executive programs, you will help create a new community - one for the Data leaders of the world to engage and learn from each other. You will drive program strategy, definition and implementation to create a great experience for our Executive community members, and to drive their engagement. You will work closely with all teams across Marketing to drive awareness of your program across channels (including social, events, digital), ensuring our executive customers understand the value of this community and have different opportunities to participate. You will work with Sales to ensure they understand the program, and are promoting it to their customers. Some of the things you'll be doing include... Design strategy and program details of a new community program giving Executive Data Leaders the opportunity to engage and learn from their peers as they build data cultures in their organizations. Work with teams across Tableau (including creative, legal and web dev) to implement the program, giving customers a delightful and positive experience. Increase community engagement and participation and proactively identifying opportunities to drive awareness by working with the marketing and sales teams globally Create anchor marketing content including messaging, blog posts, social media (organic and paid), and web/email copy, providing direction to partner teams on promotional materials Drive operational aspects of the program, including developing materials, getting technology in place, leading events, etc. Be a spokesperson and external representative within this Executive Data Leader community. Define, evaluate and report on community engagement success metrics, both in program marketing promotion efforts and program participation, supporting decisions with ROI-based analysis Act as resource and support for people around the organization, providing best practice knowledge and expertise about how to engage with our Executive Data Leader community Who you are… A people person. Ready to engage with our customers and community. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills Entrepreneurial and creative. The ability to own projects from start to finish. Willing to take risks and pursue new ideas even when they go against how things have been done. Organized and detail oriented. You can easily run and track every aspect of a program, down to the finest detail - to ensure customers have a great experience. A Data Person. Not afraid of getting your hands on data. You love diving and to see what you can find. 1+ year of Tableau experience (or experience using Excel or other analytics products to analyze and communicate data). Collaborative. A team player interested in working with people with varied backgrounds and interests. Experienced. Familiarity with and comfort using major social media platforms. Degree in marketing or equivalent related experience. 5-7 years related experience in Marketing or Community Engagement. Excellent Communicator. Strong presentation skills and comfortable with public speaking. Excellent writing ability, including the ability to communicate technical concepts. You are a Recruiter!
