Job Title: Conga CLM Technical Lead

Location: USA (Remote)

Duration: Long Term Contract

In this role the CLM Technical Lead will work with Business Stakeholders, Commercial Operations, and IT Business Partners to perform analysis, design, and execute delivery of high-quality technical solutions. The candidate needs to possess great communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be independent, self-motivated, innovative, prioritize effectively, organized, detail oriented, able to work with cross-functional teams, and quickly adapt to change. This individual must have a passion for technology, apply growth mindset, be eager to embrace challenging situations, and enjoys solving complex problems.

Job Description:

·      Architect, design, build, test & support platform enhancements and system changes in collaboration with our strategic vendors.

·      Collaborate with Business Partner teams, Platform Solutions analysts, and vendor development teams to elicit and translate business requirements into functional design and & technical specifications.

·      Lead solution design discussions with TGS strategic system integrators to deliver solutions that scale across businesses and regions. 

·      Lead prototyping of technical solutions.

·      Ensure technical solutions delivery quality through unit testing, regression testing, and performing FUT verification.

·      Manage vendor support teams to ensure production issues are resolved in a timely manner.

·      Perform root cause analysis for break fixes & identify permanent resolutions through software fix or business process change

Qualifications:

·      Proven functional/technical professional with full lifecycle CLM implementation experience and at least 5 years of experience working with CLM.

·      Expert knowledge of Conga CLM out of the box features and their application to business problems. This includes but not limited to: X-Author, Wizard, Smart Search, Templates, Intelligent Workflow Approval, and configuration settings such as admin entries and comply system properties.

·      Proven experience enabling business process transformation using Conga CLM and facilitation of change management to enable adoption.

·      Experience performing Conga upgrades.

·      Conga CLM certification required.

·      Experience with Salesforce.com declarative platform design and configuration.

·      Experience working on Salesforce.comLightning.

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·      Proven ability to translate business process, user requirements, and functional requirements into high quality scalable designs.

·      Strong demonstration and communication skills including the ability to share design concepts with both IT teams and business colleagues.

·      Ability to present solutions in a peer code review setting.

·      Adept at conducting research into development issues; know when to ask for help or escalate an issue.

·      Ability to influence others across various levels in the organization, work independently, and manage through ambiguity.

·      Work across multiple time-zones.

·      Ability to effectively balance and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.

·      Experience with waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
