Title: CPQ functional consultant (Business Analyst/ project manager)

Location: Lincolnshire, IL (Initially Remote)

Hire Type: Contract

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of projects within the CPQ and SaaS or CRM space
• Define and own the business requirements, design, user stories and business processes for projects for sales and partners
• Manage and own the implementation of projects from Concept to Post Go Live Support that are assigned to you
• Develop training material, provide training, and drive adoption for projects implemented
• Manage a virtual team across the different regions on initiatives
• Build Standard Operating Procedures
• Research and recommend innovative ways to drive productivity to our sellers
• Identify Productivity gaps within the sales tools and drive resolutions
• Define communication and change management plans for projects
• Create system mocks up to show the art of the possible in the technology
• Develop Reports as needed on ad-hoc basis

Key Skills and Competencies:          

• Project Management Experience and Qualification desirable
• Demonstrated working knowledge / experience using change management principals and approaches
• PRM experience desirable
• 4 years + Business Process Mapping and Business Analyst Experience
• Problem solving experience
• Self-starter and bring multiple functions together to work as 1 team
• Knowledge of digit desirable and ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of business executives, managers, and subject matter experts
• Very good articulation skills and lead to drive focused meetings with various stakeholders (business & IT)
