In this new role within the small Acquisition and Retention team, you will play a crucial part in the implementation of our new CRM system, Salesforce.
You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, development and utilisation of Salesforce and report to the Head of Acquistion and Retention. In this role you will have extensive cross-functional collaboration, that is fundamental in enabling an improved and more personalised retail experience as well as being a thought leader in process improvement and efficiency.
What you’ll do
You will be responsible for the implementation, execution, and continuous refinement of omnichannel Consumer Relationhip Management and the development of programs, roadmaps, and long-term loyalty and retention marketing strategies.
- Be the super user for Salesforce Marketing cloud, segmentation, automation and journey support
- Drive the formation and implementation of new and ongoing CRM strategies with Volvo Cars retailers
- Collaborate with EMEA & VCC teams on Salesforce developments in the CRM area
- Collaborate with and support VCUK teams with delivery of CRM programmes and campaigns utilising Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Manage key customer databases and agency relationships, in formulating strategies, strategy execution, as well as the testing of all other multi-channel communications.
- Communicate the Salesforce benefits to wider VCUK organisation to ensure awareness and engagement and promote benefits of the Global Volvo Car Engagement Platform.
Do you fit the profile?
You are a Salesforce.com certified technical expert (or equivalent through experience), experienced in the implementation and utilisation of Salesforce, with knowledge of Salesforce system development, administration and maintenance. You are able to demonstrate experience of developing Salesforce within the CRM space. Experience with SQL would be desirable.
