THE ROLE: Data Analyst, Tableau

Description

The SLED program Data Analyst will be responsible for pulling and maintaining reports across multiple business units in support of the NYC SLED business. The SLED Data Analyst will be required to work with members from various departments such as Sales, Inside Sales, Contracts Management, Program Management, Operations and Finance in order to pull data from our multitude of internal tools and create customized reports as needed by each business unit or customer under any of our NYC SLED Contracts. This role is heavy on data analysis and will require experience with tools such as Tableau and Alteryx to be successful. We are looking for a self-starter who is excited for each day to bring on something new. This person must have a customer first mentality as they will indirectly be supporting complex SLED space clients.

Responsibilities:

• Collect data from multiple sources to be conjoined together for analysis and computation for various customers within NYC SLED business
• Create detailed reports for customer/internal deliverables
• Support project management and contract teams to achieve contract adherence
• Support sales, operations and accounting for order management and billing
• Assist in creating report templates for Public Sector customers and internal resources
• Maintain overall data management and support within the SLED portfolio
• Develop and maintain project/contract dashboard to communicate current contract orders with task progress, project inventories, vendor and Presidio invoicing status
• Work closely with Sales Operations team to monitor orders on a daily basis
• Support, interface, and share data with the Presidio SLED Fee Reporting Team to ensure timely and accurate reporting,
• Track orders submitted and create reports for sales, customers and/or logistics/purchasing
• Assist in administering and tracking equipment and maintenance orders, and interface with Inside Sales and Logistics to provide order status, delivery, and tracking detail daily
• Support audits relating to product inventory
• Interface with internal teams to review vendor backlog for open purchase orders and request invoices as requested
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned
• Provide excellent customer service on all requests

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years Data Analysis experience
• Tableau (Creator) experience
• Alteryx experience is a plus
• Excel
