Excellent opportunity for a Data Analyst to join a stable and established market leading global supplier of software and services, where you will take responsibility for delivering data-driven analysis, identifying ways of improving the business' performance and processes.

With their headquarters based in London, this independent software vendor is globally recognised as a market leading global supplier of software and services. They are looking to bring on a data analyst to start within their operations team.

In this role, you will join the operations team where you will coordinate with stakeholders and managers in identifying and improving KPI reporting. You will deliver data-driven analysis using the company's CRM tool, salesforce, and other business systems. You will complete performance reports, identifying ways of improving business processes and performance.

The ideal candidate will be a Data Analyst with experience of Salesforce and will have advanced excel skills. You will have experience with Power BI. You will have experience of data reporting in a CRM System.
