Position: Data Architect
Location: NYC
Duration: 12+ Month

Job Description:
· Should be able to decompose functional requirements into technical solutions by defining key DB
constructs such as tables, views, store procedures etc. to ensure that data remain secure and safe and
accessible.
· Should be able to set up and review database development standards and guidelines and maintain
the DB framework.
· Should be able to provide data archival, fail-over solutions and should be expert in data migrations
from structured and unstructured data sources.
· Should have skills in anyone of SQL server, MySQL, PostgreSQL RDBMS systems
· Should have ability to review current design and provide assessment and proper solutions without
much oversight.
· Should have ability to troubleshoot performance and security issues and provide solutions to the
team
· Should provide technical assistance for the team members and maintain the quality standards for the
solutions by proper review process.
· Should have skills to independently handle the client communication  and should lead the discussion
for clear and unambiguous decisions.
