Meraki Talent’s financial services client are actively looking for a Data Visualisation Analyst (Tableau) to work within their tight knit team. The team provide centralised data management and reporting expertise to the organisation and drive value by improving the quality of data and making the delivery of data more accurate and effective. This would suit a Data Professional at the beginning of their career with 2 or 3 years’ experience, or someone more experienced looking for a change.
Responsibilities of the Data Visualisation Analyst (Tableau):
- Development of reports and dashboards to provide concise and meaningful insight to the business, analysing and sharing results with stakeholders
- Provide expertise in the analysis/manipulation of data to identify trends/opportunities
- Get involved in project work in addition to BAU
-Document existing processes, identify issues and new business requirements, and automate data & reporting processes where possible
-Provide support regarding best practice to follow for data management pertaining to client & other third-party data
Background of the Data Visualisation Analyst (Tableau):
- Experience working within a Data Reporting, MI and Data Visualisation capacity essential
- Strong reporting skills are essential for this role and need evidenced upon CV
- Experience using Tableau highly preferable although other data visualisation software will be considered
- Strong Excel skills
- SQL skills would be helpful
- An interest in Data Analytics would be helpful
- Alteryx skills would be helpful but not essential
