Responsibilities

* Update and improve user interface designs for dashboard releases using Salesforce tools such as Einstein Analytics
* Develop User-friendly dashboards based on guidance and requirements from Security Assurance Customer Success and Advocacy Team
* Fulfill analysis requests based on dashboard datasets and content
* Conduct user engagement and interview sessions to determine user requirements and needs for dashboards
* Translate user requirements and needs into user interface designs

Minimum Qualifications

* BS/MS degree, or relevant work experience
* 7-10 years of User interface design and quantitative analysis experience
* Intermediate SQL knowledge and experience
* Ability to communicate data effectively to a variety of audiences
* Strong people-communications and organization skills
* Self-starter, able to make progress on work with a moderate to high amount of autonomy
* Foundational infrastructure and/or application security knowledge

Nice to have

* Experience with SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) or SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language)
* Familiarity with Salesforce products, especially Einstein Analytics and Tableau
* Familiarity with User Experience (UX) design
