There's a lot more to Partner Management Marketing at Dell Boomi than developing strategic business plans and marketing programs in targeted segments - although that's certainly important. Dell Boomi is seeking a motivated and experienced Partner Marketing Manager, responsible for developing and managing highly effective marketing programs with Boomi's Global System Integrator (GSI) partners. You will work closely with the Boomi GSI business development team, top GSI partners, as well as Boomi marketing and product management teams, to manage a go-to-market strategy that will contribute to accelerating the growth of partner-influenced and partner-driven sales into enterprise accounts.
You will report directly to the Senior Director of Boomi Partner Marketing. Candidates should have a strong record of success in Cloud or software product marketing environments, specifically working with GSI partners and marketing to enterprise accounts. Most importantly, this position brings significant cross-functional responsibility candidates should have demonstrated the capacity to bring teams together to achieve significant goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic and tactical planning, as well as execution, optimization and measurement of GSI partner-related marketing programs, which includes but is not limited to:
- Development and execution of the overall marketing strategy for a set of Boomi GSI partners.
- Work with Product Marketing as well as partner resources to develop market research and competitive intelligence analyses that will help Boomi become the de facto solution for GSI practices focused on integration, legacy modernization, cloud adoption and digital transformation.
- Leads go to market integration planning in pursuit of lead and revenue opportunities, which include multi-solution and services components
- Leads partner as well as key industry engagements for Boomi's GSI channel including key integration initiatives at an Enterprise level with top tier Partners
- Manage the creation of joint marketing collateral and sales tools, enabling partners to position and sell Dell Boomi into enterprise accounts.
- Develop case studies showcasing partner and end-user successes.
- Work with Product Management, Sales, Services and Executive Management to help prioritize enterprise segment market needs, product/solution roadmaps, and investment to achieve and exceed business goals.
- Develop relevant use-case based assets/content to be used in marketing programs.
- Drives discussion with partner's senior management on mission critical business factors, building a joint plan to achieve business outcomes and objectives
- Manages financial budget and roadmap plan that support integrated go to market plans
- Works with Business Development on new engagement opportunities and potential partner alliances
- Some travel required (~10-20%)
Essential Requirements
- 5+ years of partner marketing experience working with GSIs in a partnership setting; ability to capably and professionally navigate the internal personnel matrix of these companies.
- Proven track record of developing repeatable go-to-market strategies for SaaS or application software being sold into enterprise accounts.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. Must be a confident public speaker.
- Ability to work across organizational lines, command respect, and influence without authority.
- Highly skilled at critical decision-making; ability to evaluate business issues and resolve problems; ability to develop and write a business plan.
- Must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy plus marketing creativity.
Education
- Typically requires 12+ years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 8+ years with a master's degree; or 5+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience
