Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated Deputy Salesforce Practice Lead to join our CGS team in the DC metro area to support our government clients. The qualified applicant will need to have proven Project Management and Project Delivery Team management experience.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to apply and grow their skillset in supply chain management and business process improvement, work with a motivated and entrepreneurial team, engage with a wide range of government stakeholders to support our clients’ missions, and build CGS’ capabilities in supply chain and process improvement.

Job Responsibilities

As a Deputy Salesforce Practice Lead, you will:

• Manage Salesforce Team with more than 20 employees.
• Work directly with government clients and Capgemini Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Project Leads.
• Build rapport and work with different levels to lead/guide/build consensus.
• Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of consultants and government representatives.
• Develop high quality presentations using MS PowerPoint within short turn-around times supporting multiple teams to convey insights and recommendations to government clients.
• Contribute to business development activities (e.g. RFPs and RFI responses) to contribute to the growth of the business.

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance.
• 8 + years of business/IT experience with degree or 12 + years without a degree.
• 5 + years of Salesforce delivery Experience.
• 2 + years in Salesforce Architect Role with documented experience providing Application Development Architecture support enterprise-class projects (end user or consulting).
• 3 + Salesforce Application Development project with > 500 users implemented using Agile Scrum development team with a delivery period of 6 months or longer.
• At least 1 Salesforce Certification obtained on or before January 2018 (Any).
• Scrum Master Certified or 5+ years of experience.
• Documented Past Practice management experience or business leadership with P&L, personnel, marketing, and/or sales experience.
• Candidate must have at least 3 Salesforce Certifications (Admin, Dev, Cloud, or Designer).
• Need to have excellent communication skills.

Nice to have skills/qualifications

• Experience working in federal government consulting.
• Need to have either or both Certified Salesforce Application Architect or Certified Salesforce Systems Architect
