3.8| || Quick Apply |Full-time|1 hour ago| Full Job Description Description: Job Summary: The Digital Marketing & Pardot Manager will develop and oversee the strategic operation of Pardot, our automated marketing platform, including building and supporting standard programs such as email communications, lead capture, lead scoring, nurturing, and integration with Salesforce. The ideal candidate is agile and has a passion for data, metrics, and reporting. This role will work with internal clients to implement marketing automation best practices and deliver world-class campaigns and communications. Supervisory Responsibilities: None. Duties/Responsibilities: Digital Marketing (~70%) Develop and oversee the strategic operation of Pardot. Develop audience segments, lists and reporting mechanisms to drive engagement and demonstrate success factors and ROI. Monitor, analyze, and report on critical metrics including email marketing results and engagement through the customer journey. Identify opportunities for testing and recommendations for program improvements. Continuously evaluate emerging digital technologies and brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Manage data-driven campaigns that include integrated marketing tactics, such as website optimization, content plans, marketing automation, search engine optimization, PPC, paid social media ads, analytics, geo-targeted campaigns, and other tactics as appropriate. Provide technical analysis of web traffic, proactive monitoring, and reporting of actionable insights on web performance and campaign performance. Analyze and monitor all digital advertising and marketing campaigns, and web traffic. Create compelling copy for digital media (i.e. Web Pages, Newsletters, Blog Articles, Landing Pages, Advertisements, social media posts and more). Traditional Marketing (~30%) Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand the company’s marketing presence in the Charlotte area. Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth. Support and model excellent service by exhibiting a positive attitude and enthusiasm toward the job and company to both internal and external customers in all forms of communication. Maintain brand consistency across the entire organization. Work closely with other departments to ensure brand consistency. Collaborate with marketing staff on presentation materials and other graphic items associated with individual projects. Other duties as assigned. . Requirements: Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Superior writing abilities. Expert editing skills with an eye for grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Relevant marketing and branding knowledge. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience. Salesforce and Pardot experience required, Salesforce Lightning experience a must. Three to five years of related experience writing and editing projects; portfolio of relevant previous projects highly preferred. Experience with graphic design software a plus. IT or Telephony experience a plus. B2B experience a plus. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
