Responsibilities Include

Equitable Advisors Wealth Management team is seeking a Director, Developing Salesforce Coach, to guide new Financial Professionals on their journey to master our consistent process and fulfill our promise to clients. This position will report to the Senior Director, Leadership Development, and will lead a team of coaches whose primary role is to prepare new Advisors to excel in building their business through nonstop skill development.

• Build from scratch and blend our core 5-Step Process curriculum with field best practices to create multi-week virtual training experiences, prospecting bootcamps, and weekly touchpoints that transform how new Advisors learn the business in their first four years.
• Inspire adoption of our consistent client process and help Advisors fulfill our promise to clients at every step: shape the training tools and resources that drive mastery of each conversation, from initial Discovery to Review.
• Hire and guide a team of performance coaches who deliver curricula as well as lead virtual small group and 1:1 personal development coaching sessions with Developing Advisors.
• Lead multiple coaching sessions per week with Leaders and their Advisors.
• Own the collection, synthesis and coaching on the delivery of our consistent library of approved scripts and conversation guides.
• Consult with Field Leaders to infuse the 5-Step Process into all Branch and District training for a cohesive blended learning strategy that perfectly complements on-the-job training performed by leaders.
• Lead the content strategy for our Video Coach Platform.
  

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial services or similar industry experience
• 7+ years of experience in coaching or personal development
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong ability to coach and inspire others to excel
• Exceptional live and virtual meeting facilitation skills, with the passion and energy to frequently deliver multi-day programs if needed
• Demonstrated success leading learning and development teams
• Series 6 or 7, 63 or 66, and Life and Health registrations preferred
• Willing to travel 10%
