Duties:
Role reports into the Employee Experience Design Engineering branch of the Digital Workplace Experience team. The team's function is to assess, research, design and implement newer and better IT solutions for the enterprise.
Conduct research on user experience and needs, current market trends and general functionality
Determining whether a design solution is user-friendly, works within IT architecture (with architecture team) and cost-effective.Assess internal team digital workplace needs and coordinate with internal and external colleagues to implement the solution.Schedule and conduct focus groups, feedback sessions and training sessions for internal colleagues.Develop and run internal pilot testing for productivity and collaboration technologies, focusing on usability and overall UX.Documenting design processes and presenting progress reports to all relevant stakeholders
Coordinate with other internal stakeholders to research and define personas used for UX tracking across large enterprise projects.Guide and collaborate with external companies and vendors to customize existing platforms for our needs Research new platforms and technologies, and work with external vendors to create solutions that meet the needs of the enterprise Work with internal communications team to run engaging adoption campaigns of new or enhanced technologies.Select, monitor and report KPIs and project updates
Skills:
Minimum 2 years experience in related field
Ability to engage with engineers, other parts of the business and senior leaders
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in extended Office 365 apps (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps
Working knowledge of Office 365 app administration
Working knowledge of user experience research and usability testing
Working knowledge of Jira preferred
