Title: Dynamics 365 – Scrum Master

Location: Farmington, CT

Duration: 12 months contract

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the Product Owner is enabled to prioritize and maintain a clear and concise Product Backlog to maximize value

• Help the Product Owner understand and practice agility by leveraging empirical data and iterative delivery

• Ensure the team understands the business case, scope, milestones, sprint goals, and other necessary information to produce the desired business value

• Focus on implementing on Agile Principles and Scrum Framework to achieve high performance

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and removing impediments to enable iterative delivery of value

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, problem solving, decision making, and conflict resolution

• Utilize metrics to help the team understand performance, priorities, and vision/roadmap

• Focus on continuous improvement activities which reduce waste and increase productivity

 Required Skills:

     • Working in Dynamics 365/ Microsoft Technology Stack experience is required

      • Experience as a dedicated Scrum Master

•       Facilitate meetings (daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective)

•       Effective communication

•       Action orientation and follow through Facilitation

•       Tight grip on Agile Estimating and planning

•       Sprint Forecasting

•       Removing impediments

Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown technologies, various Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.).

Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
