Role: Dynamics 365 – Scrum Master

Location: Farmington, CT

Job Description

Must have:

• 7+ Years of experience as a scrum master
• Working in Dynamics 365/ Microsoft Technology Stack experience is required
• Experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
• Facilitate meetings (daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective)
• Effective communication
• Action orientation and follow through Facilitation
• Tight grip on Agile Estimating and planning
• Sprint Forecasting
• Removing impediments
• Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown technologies, various Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.).

Required Skills:

• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership
• Facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution,
• continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
