Job Title: ERP Project Manager with D365/AX

Job Description:

·      Overall experience of 10+ years in managing the ERP projects across domains

·      Experience of managing D365/AX Implementation and support projects

·      provide the solution for requirement with respect to functional and technical capabilities of D365

·      Working with client to finalize the requirement

·      Analysis of the requirement and mapping them with Gap fit process

·      Facilitating development initiatives involving mapping of business requirements and delivering services based on the business requirements

·      Preparing the plan for implementing the agreed scope

·      Point of contact for client communication

·      Daily, weekly and month project review with client and offshore team as required

·      Facilitating end-to-end delivery of the project, meeting internal and external objectives

·      Work with team for Estimation, risk, scope, time, resource, quality and change management

·      provide the Value-adds, continuous process and productivity improvement during the project delivery phase

·      work and plan the environment strategy for project

·      Working with team and client for testing strategy and testing plan along with integrations

·      Managing entire project operations with a view to achieve business objectives & ensure optimum utilization of available resources, which includes both end-to-end implementation and production support

·      Support the team in development and configuration activities to make project success.

·      Configuring ERP related settings including integration, documenting user requirements and developing specifications for customization; formulating user training schedules and user training sign-off

·      Integrating modules and applications, testing systems during enhancements and configuration as well as for upgrades

·      Supervising smooth implementation and extending post go-live & application maintenance support

·      Evolving competency among the team members; establishing KPIs, assigning duties, support the team for conducting interviews to recruit the right talent & resources

·      Interacting with team members to ensure smooth progress of project work; ensuring adherence to quality norms throughout the implementation process
