About the opportunity:
MuleSoft’s corporate marketing team is looking to bring on a Futureforce intern for the months of September, October, and November. As an intern on our collaborative team, you will gain valuable experience by owning key components of corporate marketing programs and helping to drive those initiatives forward. You will see your work impact our business, and ultimately our customers. This role is perfect for an ambitious, energetic learner who is seeking to build new skills in a fast-paced working environment.

Candidate profile:
Undergraduate candidate required; pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

- Able to put in a minimum work week of Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. PT to 5 p.m. PT, for the duration of the internship.
Job description:
Video interview series: Manage logistics of our new video series (e.g., scheduling guest speakers, working with external production agency, keeping internal teams on schedule) and help write episode copy, web copy, guest speaker research, interview discussion guides, and other supporting content.
- Email newsletters: Manage the process and timelines of content collection, curation, writing, editing, publishing , and tracking of recurring internal email newsletters that are widely distributed throughout our company.
- Advisory bench: Liaise with MuleSoft’s CIO advisory bench as needed, helping to manage logistics and content of their engagements with our business.
- Claims: Work with external analyst firm to help launch a refreshed set of MuleSoft “claims” that prove the value customers realize with our technology; manage logistics and lend content development skills. Refresh internal database of customer stats by researching existing accounts.
- Virtual events: Edit keynote talk tracks for clarity and consistency; copy edit content for our website and email marketing; manage logistics of our executive speaker coach and help prepare company spokespeople.
- Program management: Manage marketing programs from start to finish, with close attention to the details and supporting components. Build and manage project trackers for workstreams, work cross-functionally with stakeholders to gather necessary inputs, and ensure you’re driving programs forward.
Content development: Lend your writing skills to develop content for enablement materials, blog posts, event recaps, the promotion of marquee assets, executive bio database, and other content initiatives.
