We are currently seeking highly skilled Salesforce FSL Technical Architects with experience in large end-to-end implementations of Salesforce involving Field Service Lightning. We are seeking out the best problem-solvers, idea-makers, and high-energy Salesforce professionals for our fast-growing practice area. We need people with good instincts and a positive outlook that can overcome any obstacle.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze functional/non-functional requirements, identify gaps in requirements and provide inputs on technical feasibility of requirements.
• Prepare high level and low level design and guide team in preparation of technical specification document and review the same.
• Identify tools and technologies to be used in the project as well as reusable objects that could be customized for the project.
• Understand the test strategy, evaluate the design and identify gaps in the test plans, if any.
• Guide and review coding as per design, coding standards and best practices
• Perform complex integration
• Guide the developers in identifying, preparing and conducting unit test cases and fixing defects based on results
• Provide periodic status update to architect and highlight / recommend any changes in design based on challenges faced.
• Understand the defect impact / criticality and fix complex defects identified during functional / non-functional testing.
• Fix defects identified during UAT within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with QA team during the testing phase and address queries raised by QA within defined timelines.
• Maintain deployment tracker and perform sanity check post deployment to ensure smooth production
