Role: Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Duration: Full time Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain complex technology solutions.
• Review business requirement documents (BRD) and translate into technical specifications.
• Work from technical specifications to independently develop, modify and maintain complex software products.
• Analyze and troubleshoot problems and make recommendations for remediation.
• Perform Tier Two Production Support as required.
• Provide status updates to management.
• Lead design/code reviews, architecture discussions and infrastructure reviews.
• Support Salesforce Applications: Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
• Mentor staff.
• Assign work and direct staff in the production of work product.
• Manage interactions with external vendors.
• Directly interact with internal customers and manage customer expectations.
• Formulate and manage system scope, objectives and cost for assigned projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline (Computer Science, Engineering or MIS) (equivalent work experience may be considered).
• 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• Salesforce and Salesforce Applications: Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
• Expert knowledge of software development life cycle methodology.
• Advanced knowledge of object oriented languages.
• Knowledge of relational database management systems.
• Understanding of core business functions.
• Ability to apply structure to a loosely defined problem.
• Salesforce Applications: Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
• Demonstrated proficiency in application programming.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Ability to lead multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Visio and Project.
• Ability to lead globally distributed team.
• Hands-on experience with IBM Rational Suite, preferred.
• Salesforce Platform Developer (PDI) Certification.
